Terri - Words cannot even begin to express what you mean to our entire family and always will. It all started in a whirlwind of us deciding to build a new home and quickly list our current home with you to fullfill our contract demands.
You came in and presented us your marketing plan, multiple options for pricing, and advised us on appearance for selling and so forth. You then took pictures from multiple angles in and outside the home and posted them on color flyers to have on the property at all times! After being on the market for just under 3 months we received out first contract and accepted it after a few minor negotiations. You then helped direct us for the presentation of the house for "the final walk through" to ensure we went to closing with no issues. You quickly became involved in the "new" home and were there every single step of the way. If something wasn't "just right" all it took was one phone call and you were on the phone with the senior builder or on site at the community. When we began to have MAJOR problems with this company towards the end of the building process and decided to to walk away from the home we had envisioned our family in for months, you were very supportive. You assured us we would find the home that was JUST right for our family. After numerous trips on the road searching you helped us find a happy medium. One was looking for something "well consturcted" and one of us was looking for "fresh and new". You helped us see a vision of a home when all that we saw was a "yucky" house. Once we decided to put a contract on the home you made sure we felt good about purchasing the home. After the Home Inspector mentioned some things you didn't leave it at that - you ordered a roofer to come out and examine the property as well as a foundation repair specialist to ensure the level of comfort we had in proceeding forward. At closing, you were on the phone with he mortgage company trying to clear up confusion and ensuring things were smooth sailing. After closing, you ordered work to be done that was signed off on, but indeed not repaired on the Home Inspection requests and had the contractor out to verify his work and assure us everything was okay. A few weeks later - we stand back and look and both got what we wanted, a well contructed home and a fresh, new look with paint and few things here and there!! We sometimes wonder why we have gone through this to get here, but we would go through every single bit of it again to have gotten to know you like we have and to understand that there is a Realtor out there that cares and fights for her clients like you do. You always treated us as more than clients - we were your babies in need of a home and you searched high and low until you found the perfect place for all of us - including the dogs!! In a way we're sad to see the process end - it's been fun! We pray God richly blesses you in everything you do!!

Hello Terri, Lisa and I just wanted to let you know how much we appreciate and thank you for helping us find our beautiful home here in South Carolina. You helped us in so many ways. First we came here from NJ to look for a home and we only had 2 days to do it. After all our phone conversations you narrowed down our list and put us on the houses you knew we would like.
